About Vantage Property Collective
The building, the building,
the building…
Vantage Property Collective exists because modern buildings demand more than remote administration and checkbox compliance — they require people who understand the physical systems, the timelines, the trades and the lived experiences of the built environment..
The strata management industry emphasises paperwork. We emphasise the physical needs of the buildings and its infrastructure, from which everything else flows.

Our Purpose
To shift strata management from passive administration to proactive stewardship; to help committees, owners and residents to unlock the potential of their communities and redefine expectations of what you can expect from a strata manager.
"Buildings don’t care about emails. They care about pumps, doors, people and deadlines. Your strata management team should know the basement plant, the rooftop assets, the access points and the service history — they should understand the asset and always have a plan for its management."

Our people — leading the change
Chris Miller — Co-Founder
An award-winning authority in strata and property management, Chris brings a unique blend of leadership and operational innovation to the strata management industry.
After a successful career in the commercial property sector, in 2015 Chris founded Vantage Strata Canberra and led the business as CEO for a decade, before successfully transitioning the leadership of the business to the executive team in 2024.
Under his stewardship, Vantage Strata was recognised as one of the fastest growing and most innovative strata management businesses in Australia, a status that business still enjoys to this day.
While Chris remains a director and key shareholder of Vantage Strata Canberra, his circumstances led him to make a new life in Melbourne.
Chris has learned a great deal from his success and failures growing a market leading strata management business, and he is determined to direct that knowledge and experience to Vantage Property Collective Melbourne (VPC).
Despite his past success scaling up a very large strata businesses, Chris’ plans for VPC involve a much smaller scale premium service offering, where he will have the opportunity to be intimately involved with each complex, and build relationships with each customer and committee member.
